Corrugated HDPE Pipe
Lane provides the complete product line to meet all your HDPE drainage needs – the full range of diameters, single-wall and dual-wall productions, options for standard perforated patterns, and custom fabricated fittings. Lane’s HDPE pipe offerings can meet all the subsurface drainage demands of your site, building, roads and pavements. Whether made from prime virgin resins (HD100) or with recycled materials (HD 100EC), Lane’s HDPE pipe has the strength and service life needed for your project.
Product Offerings
HD100
Lane’s HD100 is a dual-wall corrugated polyethylene pipe that exceeds AASHTO M252 and M294 standards, offering industry-leading durability, performance, and long-term reliability.
Manufactured using 100% virgin resin, HD100 is designed to deliver a minimum 100-year service life, making it the trusted solution for roadway drainage, culverts, and storm sewer systems. Its smooth interior provides superior hydraulic efficiency with a Manning’s n as low as 0.010, while bell and spigot joints with factory-installed gaskets meet ASTM D3212 watertight performance requirements.
Rugged, chemically inert, and engineered to withstand the most demanding construction environments—HD100 is built to last.
HD100EC
Lane’s HD100EC is a high-performance, dual-wall HDPE pipe manufactured with an engineered compound of recycled resins, making it a sustainable yet reliable drainage solution.
Designed to meet ASTM F2648, HD100EC surpasses both ASTM and AASHTO requirements by offering enhanced long-term material properties capable of achieving a 100-year design life. With consistent Manning’s values as low as 0.0100 and watertight joint integrity that complies with ASTM D3212, HD100EC balances eco-conscious construction with proven durability.
It’s the economical choice that performs without compromise—tough on performance, easy on budget.
Underdrains
Lane’s corrugated HDPE pipe is commonly used in underdrain systems to efficiently collect and convey subsurface water, helping to relieve hydrostatic pressure and extend pavement life. With its dual-wall construction and smooth interior, Lane’s HDPE pipe offers high strength, excellent flow capacity, and long-term durability—making it an ideal choice for roadway, athletic field, and foundation drainage applications.
HDPE Pipe Fittings
Lane’s HDPE pipe fittings are designed to integrate seamlessly with our corrugated HDPE pipe systems, providing secure, reliable connections for underdrains and other drainage applications. From couplers to specialty fittings, these components help maintain hydraulic performance and installation efficiency while supporting long-term system durability in a wide range of site conditions
How HDPE Pipe Outperforms Other Materials:
- More economical in every respect.
- Has a high strength to weight ratio.
- Has longer pipe lengths and a lightweight construction for quicker installation times.
- Has less shipping and handling concerns and no need for heavy lifting equipment.
- Has greater resistance to corrosion and a longer service life.
- Can function with a pH as low as 2 when concrete pipe is limited to sites greater than 5.
- Has fewer joints (i.e. fewer problems).
- Is not easily damaged during handling and shipping.
- Does not have a reduced wall thickness and a reduced strength at the joint.
